I am an IT professional based in Los Angeles, California.

I specialize in providing analysis, governance, training, and support for the Office 365 suite. My favorite applications to work with are Teams, Power Automate (Flow), Yammer, and SharePoint Online. I also have professional experience working with the rest of the Office 365 suite, Slack, Jive, and Atlassian services like Jira, Trello, and Confluence, as well as consumer-facing social media services.

I love working with clients, customers, and colleagues directly. One of my favorite parts of my job is getting the people I work with excited about the tool or service we’re discussing. There’s nothing better than seeing a business user frustrated with SharePoint smile after I introduce them to the ease of editing modern pages, or hearing the excited chatter in a room full of HR professionals when I tell them about bots within Microsoft Teams, or feeling the relief of an administrative assistant who I help find the answer they need on Yammer.

Outside of work, I’m a TV lover, dog and cat person, and foodie. I’m trying to learn graphic and visual design skills in my free time, and have been slowly but surely exploring LA and the west coast over the past year.

I have a Bachelors degree in Political Science, with minors in History and Philosophy, Politics & Economics (PPE) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
